Melissa has an extensive background in “Corporate America” but her second job for 20+ years was real estate. She purchased foreclosures and other homes “as-is” to “flip” them. She has worked in both the residential and commercial real estate arenas. She currently owns rentals, and a few other businesses in addition to “flipping” properties. Therefore, she understands investment properties in addition to residential homes. Melissa launched her career as a real estate agent in 2016.
“I’m passionate about what I do. I love helping people whether it is buying or selling and making sure it is the right “fit” for them. My goal is to always make sure I handle all transactions in a professional manner and that they are handled smoothly. I take pride while putting my best foot forward in negotiating and communicating with all parties. It never gets old telling people, ‘Congratulations on your accepted offer.’” says Melissa.
Melissa also holds her Associates Degree in Paralegal and a Bachelor’s in Business Management.
